Nichole brings a deep appreciation for clean, well-designed spaces to her role at Green Clean Innovations, blending operational expertise with a keen eye for detail. Before joining GCI, she spent five years managing busy restaurants, developing strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills in fast-paced environments. Prior to that, Nichole worked for ten years in the interior design field, focusing on project management and helping clients create thoughtful, functional spaces. A proud mom of three teenagers and dog mom to Aoife, Nichole loves spending time hiking through the woods or relaxing at the beach—her happy place. Whether at work or at home, she thrives in environments that feel organized, calming, and beautifully cared for.

Kaylee has always had a natural passion for creating clean, organized, and welcoming spaces. Growing up as the oldest of five siblings, she spent much of her time helping care for the home, which quickly turned into a love for bringing comfort and order to others through cleaning. With over 6 years of professional cleaning experience, Kaylee has built a strong reputation for her attention to detail, reliability, and caring approach. She understands that a clean space can make a huge difference in someone’s daily life and strives to provide that sense of peace and relief to every client she serves. Her goal is simple: to help make life easier for others by creating homes and businesses that feel fresh, comfortable, and stress-free. Whether someone is balancing a busy schedule, feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or simply needs an extra hand, Kaylee approaches every space with kindness, professionalism, and zero judgment. Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys spending time outdoors, especially lake days on the boat, fishing, hiking, and traveling with her husband.

Caselyn brings several years of professional cleaning experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results. She takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces, understanding the positive impact a well-maintained environment can have on both homes and workplaces. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and dedication to quality, Caselyn approaches every cleaning project with care and professionalism. She is passionate about helping clients enjoy spaces that feel refreshed, organized, and inviting, and she consistently strives to exceed expectations. Outside of work, Caselyn enjoys exploring new places, taking scenic drives, spending time at the beach or lake, and listening to music. She also shares her home with one dog and three cats, who keep life fun and full of energy. Her appreciation for beautiful surroundings and her adventurous spirit are reflected in the enthusiasm and care she brings to her work each day.

With 14 years of experience, Kaycie is all about delivering detailed, high-quality results. She takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and making every space feel refreshed by cleaning every nook and cranny with care. Outside of work, Kaycie enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, exploring the outdoors, and visiting the Ogunquit Playhouse. She also loves thrifting and antiquing. Fun fact: Kaycie is a collector who loves finding treasures like seashells, heart-shaped rocks, and more!

Ally is one of our dedicated commercial cleaners who truly takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces. With a strong passion for cleaning and an eye for detail, Ally loves knowing her work helps businesses look their best and feel comfortable for everyone who walks through the door. She approaches every space with care, consistency, and a positive attitude, always going the extra mile to make sure things are done right. Outside of work, Ally enjoys spending time with her family and embracing hands-on projects—especially working on cars. She also loves being outdoors, whether it’s enjoying fresh air, exploring nature, or staying active. Ally’s strong work ethic, practical skills, and down-to-earth personality make her a valued member of our team and a pleasure to work with.

Chris has over two years of professional cleaning experience and takes pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces with a thorough eye for detail. Before pursuing cleaning, she spent several years working in healthcare, most recently as a dental assistant. Outside of work, Christine enjoys lake life, the outdoors, quiet moments, and animals. Fun fact: she used to volunteer at pet stores simply because she loved spending time with the animals!

Laura brings a strong work ethic, a compassionate spirit, and a sharp attention to detail to every home and office she cleans. After several years as a dedicated stay-at-home mom, she transitioned into professional cleaning and has been “working her magic” with Green Clean Innovations for over two years. Her experience managing a busy household—and raising kids—gives her a natural understanding of what families need to feel comfortable, clean, and at ease in their space. Outside of work, Laura is a proud scout mom and an animal lover who fosters puppies and kittens whenever she can. Her nurturing personality and calm, can-do attitude make her a favorite among both clients and coworkers alike.

Tammy brings more than nine years of professional cleaning experience to the Green Clean Innovations team. Having owned and operated her own residential cleaning business, she has extensive experience caring for upscale homes and takes pride in providing detailed, high-quality service and creating a clean, welcoming environment for her clients. Tammy enjoys the satisfaction of seeing the difference a thorough cleaning can make and values providing dependable service that helps make life a little easier for the people she serves. She is excited to bring her experience to the commercial side of the cleaning industry while continuing to grow her skills. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys staying active and has earned her Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — a fun accomplishment that reflects her dedication, discipline, and determination!

Bethany brings more than 10 years of professional cleaning experience to the Green Clean Innovations team, with a background that includes residential homes, commercial spaces, senior care environments, and private facilities. She has extensive experience with both routine and deep cleaning, sanitation, organization, floor care, kitchens, bathrooms, and maintaining safe, healthy living spaces. Throughout her career, Bethany has built a reputation for being dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards. She takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and well-organized spaces while providing thoughtful and reliable service to the people she works with. Her experience working with homeowners and senior clients has also strengthened her focus on hygiene, infection control, and creating environments that feel both safe and cared for. Bethany also brings a strong quality-control mindset to her work, supported by previous experience in professional inspection and quality assurance. She is excited to bring her experience, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer care to Green Clean Innovations.
