A: No! We bring all eco-friendly supplies and equipment with us, including reusable microfiber cloths, HEPA-filter vacuums, and Force of Nature cleaner, a safe, non-toxic solution that disinfects effectively—so you don’t have to provide a thing.

A: Yes. All Green Clean Innovations team members undergo thorough background checks and screening before joining our staff. This ensures your home is always in safe, trustworthy hands.

A: The initial cleaning is a deep, thorough service that goes beyond standard maintenance, addressing both high-traffic and less-frequented areas that may have been neglected for some time. We take the extra time to move items and furniture as needed, ensuring that surfaces are cleaned underneath and around. In contrast, our recurring maintenance cleans focus primarily on high-traffic areas to keep your home consistently fresh and clean after the deep clean. We recommend scheduling a deep clean at least once a year to refresh your space, tackle buildup in hard-to-reach areas, and facilitate more effective ongoing maintenance.

A: Our pricing reflects the level of professionalism, protection, and quality we provide. Unlike independent cleaners, we operate as a fully insured, licensed business with trained employees—not subcontractors. This means you’re protected in ways you wouldn’t be with an individual cleaner. Independent cleaners often charge less because they typically don’t carry insurance, training costs, taxes, or overhead—meaning the risk is on the homeowner.

A: Green cleaning uses eco-friendly, non-toxic products and sustainable practices to clean homes and businesses. It keeps your space healthy while protecting people, pets, and the environment.

A: Yes! Our green cleaning products are commercial-grade, EPA-certified, Green Seal-certified, and Leaping Bunny-approved. They are proven to remove dirt, grime, and germs just as effectively as traditional cleaners—without harsh chemicals. Because they are non-toxic, biodegradable, and eco-friendly, they are safe for everyone in your home, including babies and pets, giving you a healthy, clean, and worry-free space.

A: Your home will be cleaned by a carefully trained member of our Green Clean Innovations team. Whenever possible, we assign the same cleaner(s) to your home to provide consistency, build trust, and ensure they understand your preferences. If a team member is unavailable, we always ensure a trusted, trained professional fills in.

A: We love pets, and they are welcome to be out during your cleaning as long as they are well-behaved and comfortable around our team. If your pet tends to be anxious, overly excited, or likely to make a run for freedom, we kindly ask that they be secured for their safety and ours.

While we are a pet-friendly company, we’re not equipped to clean litter boxes, pet feces, or any human or animal bodily fluids. Our goal is to keep your home clean and your pets safe, while ensuring our team can work efficiently.

A: Once a cleaning is completed, the condition of the home depends on daily use. While we stand behind the quality of our work, we can’t guarantee the space will stay clean after service, especially if it’s immediately re-soiled. Any re-cleaning needed due to new messes will require a separate service appointment and fee.

A: Yes. Green Clean Innovations provides automatic appointment reminders. You’ll receive a notice on Friday of each week with your upcoming schedule, followed by a second reminder 24 hours before your cleaning. If anything changes, we’ll reach out promptly to keep you informed.

A: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule, we simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can adjust our team’s calendar. With proper notice, we’re happy to move your appointment to the next available time that works for you. Last-minute changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

A: The most helpful thing you can do before your cleaning is to tidy up personal items such as toys, clothing, dishes, and general clutter. This allows our team to properly clean, disinfect, and detail your home without having to work around items on surfaces or floors. A picked-up space ensures we can deliver the high-quality, thorough clean that you expect and deserve.

A: You do not need to be home during your cleaning unless you prefer to be. Most clients provide us with a door code, lockbox code, or garage access, which we store securely and use only on scheduled service days. Clear entry instructions ensure we can begin on time and complete your cleaning efficiently. If you’d like to be home, that’s perfectly fine too—whatever makes you most comfortable.

A: Your satisfaction matters to us. While we strive to do our absolute best every visit, we’re human and mistakes can occasionally happen. If something was missed or you’re not fully happy with the results, please message us within 24 hours. We’ll arrange a return visit to make it right and ensure your home meets the high standards of Green Clean Innovations.

A: Your credit card is securely kept on file and charged after each cleaning service is completed. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as ACH/electronic payments, and receipts are provided for your records. For clients with recurring cleanings, this ensures a seamless, convenient payment process.

A: Yes! While tipping is completely optional, it is always appreciated. Many clients choose to tip 10–20% of the service total as a way to show gratitude for exceptional work. There is no expectation—your satisfaction with our service is what matters most.

A: Our pricing is fair and reflects the high-quality, eco-friendly service we provide. While we don’t offer standard discounts, you can enjoy $100 off your cleaning when a friend or family member you refer signs up for our recurring service. It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word!
