A: Green Clean Innovations provides automatic appointment reminders. You’ll receive a notice of the date and time three days prior, and again one day prior, to your scheduled cleaning. If anything changes, we’ll reach out promptly to keep you informed.

A: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule, we simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can adjust our team’s calendar. With proper notice, we’re happy to move your appointment to the next available time that works for you. Last-minute changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

A: The most helpful thing you can do before your cleaning is to tidy up personal items such as toys, clothing, dishes, and general clutter. This allows our team to properly clean, disinfect, and detail your home without having to work around items on surfaces or floors. A picked-up space ensures we can deliver the high-quality, thorough clean that you expect and deserve.

A: We love pets, and they are welcome to be out during your cleaning as long as they are well-behaved and comfortable around our team. If your pet tends to be anxious, overly excited, or likely to make a run for freedom, we kindly ask that they be secured for their safety and ours.
While we are a pet-friendly company, we’re not equipped to clean litter boxes, pet feces, or any human or animal bodily fluids. Our goal is to keep your home clean and your pets safe, while ensuring our team can work efficiently.

A: Once a cleaning is completed, the condition of the home depends on daily use. While we stand behind the quality of our work, we can’t guarantee the space will stay clean after service, especially if it’s immediately re-soiled. Any re-cleaning needed due to new messes will require a separate service appointment and fee.

A: Our pricing is fair and reflects the high-quality, eco-friendly service we provide. While we don’t offer standard discounts, you can enjoy $100 off your cleaning when a friend or family member you refer signs up for our recurring service. It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word!

A: Yes! While tipping is completely optional, it is always appreciated. Many clients choose to tip 10–20% of the service total as a way to show gratitude for exceptional work. There is no expectation—your satisfaction with our service is what matters most. After your service you will receive a Scorecard where you can leave feedback and a gratuity.

A: Every home and office is unique, so our pricing is based on several factors such as square footage, the number of residents, the presence of pets, and any special cleaning needs. To provide an accurate estimate, we will come out for a walk-through of your home or office to see your space and discuss your priorities, ensuring a fair, tailored quote.

A: No! We bring all eco-friendly supplies and equipment with us, including reusable microfiber cloths, HEPA-filter vacuums, and Force of Nature cleaner, a medical grade, safe, non-toxic solution that disinfects effectively—so you don’t have to provide a thing.

We understand how frustrating it can feel when cleaning companies send different cleaners—it’s actually one of the most common concerns in the industry.
Our goal is to send you the same cleaner each visit. Consistency matters, and we work hard to build that relationship between you and your cleaner.
That said, life happens. Cleaners may occasionally be out due to illness, time off, or other unexpected situations. We’re prepared for this in a few ways to ensure your service remains consistent:
We often send multiple cleaners for your initial deep clean, so more than one team member is already familiar with your home.
All of our staff follow consistent training standards, which helps maintain high-quality results across our entire team.
If a new cleaner is assigned, we conduct a walkthrough with them and provide detailed notes about your home, preferences, and expectations.
Our systems are designed to ensure that, even if your regular cleaner isn’t available, your experience remains seamless and reliable.
